Not having much knowlege in this area I have been wondering if MDMA
would help to bring about a sense of well-being and security
immediately prior to the ingesting of the more specific hallucinogens,
increasing the potential for positive benefits from the experience.

Perhaps when the Terminal Wingding Club's aims become the socially
valid option that some of us are proposing, there will be adequate
professional medical participation to provide an optimised drug
programme.
